Project Description
Wasatch Electric provided a variety of electrical construction services for multiple projects at two of Weber State University’s campuses in Utah.
At the Ogden campus, our team worked on Elizabeth Hall and Bell Tower, while at the Davis campus we worked on a main academic building.
Scope of Work
At the Ogden campus, the scope included complete electrical services for classrooms, offices, and a new chilled water plant, featuring:
- Power
- Lighting
- Special systems
Reroute of high-voltage loop located in campus tunnels
At the Davis campus, the scope included complete electrical services for 31 classrooms and six conference rooms, featuring:
- 3,000-amp service
- Site power
- Duct banks
- 250-kW standby generator
- Specialty systems, including:
- Voice/data
- Audio/visual
- Fire alarm
Unique Attributes
The project showcased our ability to form strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional services. The fact that we were selected for work at two geographically separate Weber State University campuses is a testament to the quality of work we provided and our extensive capabilities across the greater Salt Lake Metropolitan Area.
