We have dedicated countless hours of hard work and thoughtful effort into developing an organization-wide culture aimed at promoting the highest levels of safety for employees and clients.

Top-to-Bottom Commitment to Safety

Every employee at Wasatch, regardless of position, has a role to play in creating our safety culture. Whether in the field or in  the office, each of our team members helps promote safety in their work.

Our employees are encouraged to stand-up for safety anytime they feel a work situation is hazardous or potentially dangerous, and can do so with the confidence that field supervision has their back.

Our leadership team is constantly reviewing our safety performance, striving for ways to improve our program, and investing in safety technology in an effort to stay on the cutting-edge of the industry.

Zero Injury Commitment

As an EMCOR company, we have adopted EMCOR’s Zero Injury Performance Plan, as part of our safety program. The plan outlines nine requirements for reducing injuries to zero each year, including:

  • Management Commitment
  • Staffing for Safety
  • Planning for Safety
  • Safety Education
  • Worker Participation and Involvement
  • Recognition and Reward
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Accident and Incident Investigation
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing

For Wasatch Electric, safety isn’t an afterthought, but the foundation of everything we do. Reach out today to learn more.
