EMCOR Group, Inc. Subsidiary To Provide Electrical Infrastructure For Montage Resort At Deer Valley Ski Area

NORWALK, CONNECTICUT, July, 31, 2008 - EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE: EME), a Fortune 500® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, energy infrastructure and facilities services for a diverse range of businesses, announced that its Wasatch Electric subsidiary will install the electrical infrastructure for the sixteen acre Montage Resort at Deer Valley® in Park City, Utah.

Wasatch Electric will install a complete electrical system for the one million square-foot, 13 story resort, which consists of condominiums, hotel rooms, meeting rooms, four levels of parking, retail shops, restaurants, swimming pools and a spa. It will be designed, constructed and operated in a manner that will minimize the resort's environmental footprint. Wasatch Electric's scope of work will include the entire power distribution system for the property; all branch circuit wiring; lighting and dimming systems; a lightning protection system; an emergency system including a 1400KW backup generator; and a fire alarm system.
