Shawn ensures expert delivery of the innovative, leading-edge electrical and communications solutions clients need for success in today’s competitive environment. Responsible for two of the company’s major divisions, Shawn builds high-performance teams that excel in the planning, communication, and accountability needed for successful projects.
He also coordinates delivery of the broad array of value-added services his divisions offer. To achieve this, he organizes his people and develops systems that creatively address each client’s unique requirements. He further supports team members by mentoring, supervising, and training them to develop and enhance their expertise. He also helps teach the company’s electrical project supervision training course to field personnel. The result is consistently on time, on budget completion of projects that provide optimum operation and ongoing value.
